Please fill in all information. You should know:​

• Refunds are only issued for emergency or illness, and erroneous overpayments.

• The vice commodore (event in the club) or rear commodore (event outside the club) must approve the refund before it can be issued.

• Refunds do not include Wix checkout fees paid by the club. It will be subtracted from the total refund. 

• Refunds are processed after the event.

NOTE: You might find it easier to coordinate with the chairperson and sell your tickets to someone else. before the event.
