PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE ANY CABLES OR SETTINGS! OUR AV EQUIPMENT IS VERY SENSITIVE!

April 2024

  • DTV#2 is working!

  • Entry TV:

    • Turn on with the Entry TV remote

March 26, 2024

  • X-Air mixer volume controls on iPad replaced with an app called "Mixing Station". Same functionality as the original, but all the clutter removed. Only 3 sliders. It's icon is where XAir used to be on iPad home screen.

    • TV+PC+Roku Green. Control volume for whatever is on the Main TV. Use Crestron app to choose what's on main tv.​

    • Mic Red. Controls microphone volume. 

    • Bluetooth Blue. Controls Bluetooth Volume (a phone does too, they work together)
      NOTE: Be sure to mute (bright red is muted) any audio you don't want to hear.
      MUTE ALL WHEN FINISHED, THANK YOU.

  • Entry TV must be turned on manually with remote labelled Entry TV.​

  • DirecTV #2 is not functional at this time.

  • Roku control via Roku remote only

AV System – Mic

  • Turn on Mic by pressing and holding Mic button.

  • It may just work. If not, it is usually the volume control:

    • Open the iPad to Home Screen

    • Click the Mixing Station icon















       

    • Click Connect on the device listed if this screen appears:









       


 

  • On this next screen, be sure

    • Mic mute is off (dark red). Others should be muted (Bright Red).

    • Slide volume as needed.










       

 

AV System – Presentation by Computer

  • Plug HDMI Guest Computer Cable into your PC.

  • Enable HDMI display output on your PC. Varies by make and model of PC. IT’S THE USER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENABLE HDMI OUTPUT. For Windows computers, its Windows Key + P. Apple computer, Command + F1.

  • Open the iPad and click the Crestron icon















     

  • Click Main TV, then Guest Computer














     

  • Repeat for each TV you wish active.

  • NOTE Entry TV must be turned on MANUALLY with remote control labelled “Entry TV”. This new TV not yet under full control. Be sure to turn off when done.

  • Volume controlled via Mixing Station app on iPad. The GREEN “TV+PC+Roku” slider controls the volume. Be sure to unmute (dark red is unmuted).




























    Mic can be used, see “AV System – Mic”. You may wish to mute the other audio sources.

 

AV System – Watch DirecTV

  • Open the iPad and click the Crestron icon














     

  • Click Main TV, then DTV #1














     

  • Repeat for each TV you wish active.

  • NOTE Entry TV must be turned on MANUALLY with remote control labelled “Entry TV”. This new TV not yet under full control. Be sure to turn off when done.

  • Volume controlled via Mixing Station app on iPad. The GREEN “TV+PC+Roku” slider controls the volume. Be sure to unmute (dark red is unmuted).

Music via Roku

Follow DirecTV instructions EXCEPT choose Roku in Crestron app.

Music via Bluetooth

If you are not familiar with Bluetooth pairing, do not attempt!

  • If you not already paired to our device:

    • Press button on bluetooth device until it blinks blue.​

    • Pair B-10S with your phone (depends on phone). If you have trouble, it's likely someone else in the building is already connected.

  • Volume Control BOTH with your device and Mixing Station app on iPad.​

Downstairs Presentation

  • Plug your HDMI output into the cable connected to the soundbar.

  • Use the soundbar remote to turn it on (if not already)

  • Use the remote to select "HDMI" in the blue text on the bar front.
