We will start at 5 pm with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, followed by a catered buffet dinner featuring a choice of 4 salads, Grilled Chicken with Chardonnay Sauce, blackened Mahi with a Lemon Sauce, Sauteed Vegetables, Herb Roasted Red Potatoes, with a dessert of freshly baked cookies and brownies. BCYC’S chef will prepare the dinner. Dinner is included in your price; you will need to pay for your drinks.

Dinner will be followed by our installation of officers, presentation of flags and pins, and our awards. The Ball celebrates the club’s good times, and it is for our members. Then, the party begins. Carla D and The B -Side will entertain us for a wonderful celebration.  The dress for the Ball is formal attire so find that special party dress and suit or a tuxedo for the men.

RSVP required no later by Tuesday, January 16 by 5 pm. Cost is $ 100.00 per person. There will be valet parking at the club. If you want to stay overnight, a discounted reservation will be available at the Hyatt in Newport Beach. This hotel is impressive and has plenty of things to do and restaurants too. Sally Cohen, Commodore-Elect, will reserve tables in their restaurant for breakfast at 10 am on January 21st. You do not need to be a hotel guest. There is an online RSVP ticket for those attending breakast. If you want to bring your boat, contact Lori Merrill, our incoming Rear Commodore. There will be dock space available.
