- 1 Steak au Polvre – known as Pepper Steak with a delicious sauce. It can be on the side if you ask.

A cup of Tomato Curry Soup with all main dinner choices and a side of a small strawberry spinach salad.
Dessert – Bourbon Pecan Pie – made by Chef V.
Open to members and guests. Club bar opens at 5 pm with dinner served at about 6:30 pm. RSVP with name and dinner choice by Friday at noon. Please text Sally Cohen, Vice Commodore, at 714-916-8252 if you make a reservation and need to cancel.
