A cup of Lobster Bisque and a side of garden salad with the main menu choices.

  • # 1 CHOICE: Steak au Polvre (Filet Mignon) aka Pepper Steak with Brandy sauce.
  • # 2 CHOICE: Baked Salmon
  • Mashed potatoes and sauteed vegetables with both choices plus Cheesecake.

  • # 3 CHOICE: SALAD BAR WITH ALL THE FIXINGS PLUS PROTEIN

Dessert – Ice cream sundaes

Open to members and guests. Club bar opens at 5 pm with dinner served at about 6:30 pm. RSVP with name and dinner choice by Friday at noon. Please text Sally Cohen, Vice Commodore, at 714-916-8252 if you make a reservation and need to cancel.
