• Yucatan Chicken with Achiote (red Mexican flavoring) marinating the Chicken, with steamed rice, micro herbs, and roasted red peppers.
• Chili Lime Crusted Mahi-Mahi with steamed rice, mango salsa, and roasted red peppers.
• Seared Ahi Tuna with rice and roasted red pepperst
• Chocolate Mousse for dessert

Mediterranean salad for all main menu items. Mixed greens, Feta cheese, Pistachios, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and tiny bell peppers. Champaigne Vinaigrette.
